• 1 1/2 lb ground chuck – Make sure to use at least ground chuck – the burgers will fall apart if your beef if too lean.
  • 3 Tbsp sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp Ranch dressing mix
  • 1/3 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients and form into 4 hamburger patties.  Grill to desired temperature. I  suggest flipping the burgers only once – allow the burger to cook for 4 minutes and then flip and cook an additional 4 minutes for medium or 5 minutes for medium-well burgers.  The burgers will be very moist, be very careful when you flip them.

Serve on your favorite hamburger bun topped with lettuce, tomato, mustard and mayo.
