Tonight I worked out with fellow social work student Kelly. She guided our workout tonight. I did 10 minutes on the recumbent bike, then some kind of arm machine. Then I did a leg machine. Then we did 1000 meters of rowing. Then 10 minutes on the elliptical and to finish up, 10 minutes on the treadmill.

This is a pic of the rowing machine. I love that it has water in it!
