So today my body definitely feels like it worked out yesterday, but I’m not dying. My legs feels invigorated, my arms a little tired, and the balls of my feet a little sore.

WINNING!

I just wish I could get rid of this runny nose!

P.S. – I think I’m going to re-listen to a part of the book tonight, and no that isn’t just to give my body a chance to catch up. Listening is HARD!
