After work, I changed and went over to the gym. I did 15 minutes on the elliptical and 60 minutes on the treadmill. I had just moved over to the recumbent bike when I realized I probably over doing it. Sure I felt like I could do it now, but how would I feel tomorrow? So I stopped. We’ll see how I feel tomorrow, tomorrow.
